    Gay Tac

This place is causing some chatter on a couple of other forums, so I thought some of you might be interested in their tactical apparel:

The stance is typical of beginner Krav Maga and several other "reality based" defense systems. The bent wrist is usually a clue that someone rarely punches anything harder than their pillow.

Now all that being said, Chuck Liddell won many a bout with a hooked wrist shot.

You might just have your hands full, Dude!! Ya just never know!!

On a more positive note, they are designed AND assembled in the USA. Have to give them credit for that!

They've got several jackets made with Scholler Nanotech fabric. The stuff is the heat for cold, wet weather. If it were not $300 for one, I'd look harder at one. As it is, REI makes pretty good kit at about 35% less with a lifetime warranty and I know that REI will be there next year.

I'm not sure about the low-rise combat shorts, but I assume it is easier to tuck your pistol IWB if you don't have to reach as far for your pistol/ waistband.

As noted, made in USA. Nothing wrong with supporting your local businesses.

Just one thing tho....they are in the process of introducing a size XXL slim-fit more or less form-fitting stretchy jacket. Who here wants to see the XXL American Man in a stretchy skin-fit jacket that badly??

Admit it. You were really looking at the "Surf Runner Trunks" in Coast Azul Blue color.

While the velcro shoulder patch and ipod-ready configuration make it tempting, I'll wait and see if the Dirty Bird comes out with something with that Schoeller coating. Of course, it will be amazingly expensive.

Hell, anything with that nanotech stuff is going to be outrageous for the next several years. The Westcomb cargo pants with that Schoeller coating are around $200.

Made right here in SF! I sure do like supporting local business. http://derbyofsanfrancisco.com/ for the classic jacket worn by Clint Eastwood among others.
http://www.johnsonleather.com/ leather jackets made right here and popular with local law enforcement. http://www.tripleaughtdesign.com/ TAD gear. Yep. Lots of good local business to support here.
