Dating web sites gone wild..........

I have never been on one unless you count craigslist , and that was to buy a lawn mower.
Really.
But I have been having a conversation with a friend about them and though I have been skeptical , I finally saw some merit to them via our own Clydetz.
I know a couple of guys who have tried them with no luck , and a couple women with worse luck I think.
The odds are stacked against females in this department if you look at it objectively........they will have more offers , but a far higher ratio of douche bags to normal people.

I have to tell you tubtar I joined match.com as a laugh. Something to keep me busy as I drank my 2 morning cups of coffee. After 5 months of countless e-mails and maybe a dozen dates with no match in sight I was ready to call it quits and live my life with my dog by my side. Then along came Mo! I've asked all the women I dated if they have had any luck on match... everyone of them gave a resounding 'No'. They went on very few dates and those they did were considered disasters. I was the exception but mainly they were looking for friends... not lovers. I got the idea that if you could look at the profiles of the guys on the dating sites, you're right on with the okcenemies scenerio!

A Gal of whom I am acquainted checked out the dating site okcupid and one of her friends pointed out the one I linked to , which seems to be the anti okcupid.
One thought though.........if this is the competition , then any half way normal guy ought to be balls deep in opportunity.........figuratively speaking.

I have used OKCupid, and met one nice chick. We gave it a shot for about a month, but it just wasn't working. There are plenty of creepy chicks, too, believe me.

I have one, thanks. I can't justify paying for a dating service. If they offered a creeper/you are too awful to find a match refund, I might consider it more seriously.
