Introducing the pain in the a$$ bali sheath

Soooo i got a request for a sheath the other day...i always wanted to try something similar but never had the excuse...well till the other day when i got the PM
so here we go

tried the drill press first but it was to high and the spindle was in the way

so bench here i come

try to get as close to center as posible with an 1/8 bit


then using a drill bit same diameter as the inner 42 hole

then a bit same diameter as the outer rim
some cleaning with the exacto knife and we got a...pain in the ass sheath
