    Lens rental

I was thinking of buying a 80-400mm lens, but the reviews complained about its speed and focusing. I figured I should see for myself before buying, so I rented one. Unfortunately, the reviews were correct.

I did get some cool pics this morning.

I really liked the reach, but it is too slow. Looks like I will be saving up for the 70-200.

    Thanks for looking.

I'm going to guess that all of your failures prior to the "revolution" will pale in comparison to how hard your life will be afterward. You will not rise to the occasion. If you can't succeed in a structured, ordered society, you will continue to fail miserably when winning friends and influencing people becomes vitally important.

Well, I am paid for a week, so I need to get some use out of it.

I went to Shelter Island so I could compare to my usual lens.
