Tips on making a custom balisong

I have made a few fixed blade knives but now am moving on to make a balisong that I have designed with handles made out of 1/8 inch g10 with either solid or barrel spacers, depending on the blade weight. And I will use spring zen pins to reduce wear. I just don't know how to go about fabricating/building this thing. Any info/ tips are greatly appreciated

You will find at least 2 -3 build off where i did balisong too. And various tutorial on my website about balisong making. You have also terry guinn balisong tutorial, chtorr, rubben calo....
