    Coye/Boker collaboration: Ridgeback

I had the opportunity to meet the guys from Boker Germany at the recent Blade Show. The Ridgeback will be in the Spring 2013 European catalog followed 6 months later here in the U.S.

    The prototype ships tomorrow!

    Whoa, that's awesome, Bill! Congratulations!

Just remember what old Jack Burton does when the earth quakes, and the poison arrows fall from the sky and the pillars of Heaven shake. Yeah, Jack Burton just looks that big old storm right square in the eye and he says "Give me your best shot pal. I can take it."

You're a fucking rock star Bill.

I had a compass, but without a map, it's just a cool toy to show you where oceans and ice are.

That is one great looking knife Bill. I've held a few Boker collaborations and have been impressed with their quality. So it will be a German made one? The Chinese ones are not great but you get what you pay for and I'd rather pay a little more.

    Thanks guys

Haven't gotten that far yet on specific steel or where it's going to be made. Hopefully Germany but am prepared for China.

Well the Chinese folder I saw was still a bargain for the price. I'll be getting one regardless.
