Got this piece in that I did a few years back. For the time I did this this was a big knife for my skill level. 7" blade of O1, 12" OAL and 12.4oz. My attempt at a Randall #1. It was satin finished so it got a nice stonewash and a fresh edge. I forgot how scary sharp O1 feels.

What's your technique for the grippy "ribs" on the handle?

Back when I did that one....I used the edge of a scotchbrite wheel. Now I use the small wheel attachment on my KMG.
