    2 more (soon i ll have all 10 finished )

    part of the chefsknivestogo order (had a bit of problem with the W2 HT so im a little behind

    these 2 are SS one is cherry burl with blackwood front and the the other is koa and dyed maple

    Those are REALLY nice Butch , one question

    There are no visible "plunge" lines. Does the grind angle go all the way to the spine and continue into the handle ?

    the grind is full hight but as it gets to the handle i blens it in so its a soft plunge
