Totally addicted to that damn show! Between that and the damn crab catchers I cant get shit done.
Of every one hundred men, Ten shouldn't even be there, Eighty are nothing but targets, Nine are real fighters...We are lucky to have them...They make the battle. Ah, but the One, One of them is a Warrior...and He will bring the others back."
- Hericletus (circa 500 B.C.)
It sounds like you might be talking about Donald Duck, Firebolt. I am talking about a TV show about the owners of Duck Commander(a duck call company for hunters).
I just caught up on all of this season's episodes GPD. so awesome! Jase and Si crack me up. Here's the bio I found on Phil. The star QB at LSU fact blew me away, well that and how he passed on the NFL because it coincides with duck season. LOL.
Phil Robertson bio
Phil Robertson is an American hunting enthusiast, businessman and reality television star with a net worth of $5 million. Phil is the patriarch of the Robertson family which owns and operates a multi-million dollar hunting accessory company called Duck Commander. Phil Robertson attended Louisiana Tech where he was the starting quarterback and star of the football team. He actually started ahead of future NFL hall of famer Terry Bradshaw. Upon graduation Phil had the option to play football professionally but declined because he didn’t want to miss duck hunting season. In 1973 Phil invented the Duck Commander Duck Call which eventually became the gold standard duck whistle among professional hunters. He owns and operates the business alongside his four sons, and wife Kay who have all helped turn Duck Commander into the multi million dollar business it is today. The family and business are so popular that they now have their very own reality show on A&E called Duck Dynasty which airs Wednesdays at 10pm. During the 10 week duck hunting season, Phil has a tradition of not showering or shaving ever to bring him luck.

This show is great. My favorite part was when the women need to sew an apron but none of them know how and along comes Si,the "renaissance man",who proceeds to sew an apron on the spot.
Ribbit Mothafucka,Ribbit!
Yeah love this show. Once I watched them blow a beaver dam 100 feet high I was hooked.. Haha
Si's choice in music is a fucking crack up. This guy knows all the crap i grew up on from the Humpty Hump to current stuff like The Black Eyed Peas.![]()

Did anyone see the episode with the Samurai sword (Katana) that Si broke cutting his sandwich? Just wondering if it was real Japanese, thought it was illegal to export edged weapons from Japan, or a CCC? Surprised no one on a knife site asked about it..
If 4 out of 5 people SUFFER from diarrhea...does that mean that one enjoys it?
I caught a couple of episodes when Mom had it on. It was pretty funny. The snake hunt with the daughter's boyfriend was priceless. 'You got it, man. You got it on the first shot. You're just wasting ammo.'![]()
Liberty and justice for some; it is the new American dream. God bless America.
I saw that and i have no idea if it was a real japanese sword or not. i doubt it since it broke, but they were putting it through some serious abuse with full swings ending in a dead stop on a block. that's a lot of force, but i am no sword wielder. i know that Cold Steel used to have some knives like the old recon folders made in Japan, SOG has a few(Desert Dagger comes to mind) and Seki-cut and i'm sure other companies were manufacturing in Japan and exporting to the States, so I think you might have some bad intel there about exporting Japanese edged weapons.

Sword kinda looked like a POS to me, I have a few battle ready Katanas and the hamon on that one looked fake and the fittings cheap, wasn't very traditional looking.
The sword on the show actually looked more like a KoKatana or Wakizashi VS a full size Katana in size.
RIP JERRY
Back on topic...Love this show. It's hilarious!![]()
