Has anyone ever delt with this guy or company. I ordered a base stone for a wicked sharp on March 11 while it was still in stock. It was suppose to be 2-3 day shipping. I have got nothing or heard anything from the company or guy. Emails wont' work for me. I have called their customer support number about 10 times to leave a message with people that have nothing to do with the company or that guy. The number sends you to a messaging service and they relay the message to the owner guy and I have left my phone number every time (which they ask for). Still no response, why can't anyone just go on a computer and tell me what is going on with my fucking order!

I still have heard nothing from them after calling twice a day everyday and am down 120 bucks which still shows on my credit card as this company. thankusomuch

Contact your card issuer to see if you're still within the time frame to file a dispute for not getting what you ordered. Your attempts at communicating with them seem to be going nowhere so you may as well try to recoup the money and then order somewhere else.
