Glad to see you finally got refunded. No surprise the POS is not communicating with you, that would take balls.

Considering he's hiding in silence, this one's pretty much run it's course.

If I may shed some light on this situation, I am in agreeable with everyone else.

However, I have done numerous transactions based on trust with Jeff and he has delivered every time.

I think there is a little more to the story regarding PayPal but as always stay vigilante what's right will always be right and justice will always be served.

And if Jeff wants to do anymore business with me I would hope that he gets this matter cleared up.

But like I said. Jeff has always been reliable and trustworthy in our transactions on BF and other than being picky he is a good guy.

I'm going to guess that all of your failures prior to the "revolution" will pale in comparison to how hard your life will be afterward. You will not rise to the occasion. If you can't succeed in a structured, ordered society, you will continue to fail miserably when winning friends and influencing people becomes vitally important.

    Definitely THAT.

The entire lack of Communication is somewhat suspect.

THE FACT that Jeff sent ME that PM on May 24 saying that all was taken care of with Mr. Grasso was inexcusable BULLSHIT.

Why lie to me over this?

I asked nothing of Jeff other than my post in the Thread.

jkaczyn18 aka Jeff Kaczynski - Crappy Deal with this joker, stay away!

    See My Post Below

I bought a Harkins Triton in this thread: http://www.jerzeedevil.com/forums/sh...ghlight=triton. I thought we worked out a fair price so I did the deal. What a headache it's been. My first mistake was doing a deal with Jeff. My second mistake was agreeing to pay by money order.

The knife was sent to the wrong person and then me (according to Jeff). When I got it Jeff had covered it in some kind of paint. It took me a few hours over a couple days of wiping it down to get it all off. I really wanted to return the knife after receiving it but because of the initial screw up I was afraid I would never get any money back. I agreed to keep the knife and Jeff agreed to refund $25 to me by usps money order. That was on May 21. It's been a month and still no refund.

I've given him time to work this out. I've been patient and delayed posting anything negative about the guy. During that time I know he did another crappy deal. Avoid dealing with jkaczyn18 aka Jeff Kaczynski. He is unprofessional, does not keep his word and in my opinion lacks honor and integrity.

For the record I have our email conversations saved as well as pictures of the knife with the crappy attempt at covering it up with paint.

    The Power of JerzeeDevil!

After I posted my comment I contacted Jeff letting him know. He refunded $40 to me by Western Union today Saturday June 23. It was a long process but eventually we completed our deal.

Since his original sale thread is edited what was the described condition of the Triton when you agreed to buy it compared to what you actually got on delivery?

    I don't remember and I didn't save his description.

Jeff sent pictures of the knife (not very good) so I knew that it was carried and used. I was cool with that. There were 2 main issues I had.

First he told me it was in the mail but continually gave me excuses for not providing the delivery confirmation. After maybe 4 days of this he said the knife was mailed to the wrong person who then sent it to me. He did provide that dc number. I concluded he really didn't mail it when he said and just kept making excuses instead of just telling me what was going on. Bad communication but I figured I'd get the knife and we'd be done.

The main problem for me was when I got the knife. It was covered in some kind of black paint. It was thick and would leave black marks on my hands when I handled it. It was not in that condition in his pictures and he never mentioned anything about it to me. I had to ask him a couple times what it was and why he put it on. When he finally answered it was to see how it looked. He also said he removed most of it before mailing it. If that was the case it must have been dripping off the knife originally.

I spent probably close to 4 hours over a couple days wiping it off. I used gun cleaner, windex and just wiping it with a rag. I really wanted to return it but I paid with a USPS money order (Jeff said he couldn't do PayPal) and figured I'd never get my money back. I offered a few options to Jeff and he agreed on a partial refund by money order.

I emailed Jeff several times asking about the refund. Mostly my emails were ignored but when I did get responses it was excuses. After a month I decided he had enough time and I needed to take further action. It worked.

I'm glad to be done dealing with Jeff. He'd probably say the same thing. I'm still debating in my head if I should remove, edit or just leave my original post up. I'd never do another deal with him and would advise others not to as well.

Serious flaws or differences like that in the condition from what was shown or described are just not excusable to me. If you can't trust a person to give a reasonably accurate and honest description of a knife they're selling then why trust anything else they tell you in a deal?

I'd say leave it as is. The more information others can have from reading about your experience the better for them to make their own decisions about who they do and don't want to deal with.
