A very strait-forward and useful design, as I have come to expect from you.
The finger Choil is not to my liking, as it leaves the finger too close to the heel of the edge.
Plus I don't really employ a choil on a knife this size.
What's the primary grind, it looks flat in the photo?
Will these be produced by LionSteel?

Yes. Flat grind.
I work with lionsteel from about 10 years, this company has produced all my projects and experimental models, accumulated experience in work materials and complex architectures.
