Well what do you think of the Devil knife?

    Newt.
You sure got the mega hours in that art Knife Build off winner. Never be one even close to it I'll bet. LIke I said if I wasn't a prepper (survivalist since 1978 or so ) I would have kept it. I could not quite bring myself to peddle it here on the forums, but here is an opening for Newt to do so as he is in reciept of it.
Course he may want to keep it, like I said I am sure he doesn't want to invest that kind of time again. This knife had so many over the top top features that all I could do was stare at it for a couple years. An H.A. friend of mine offered me various things for it but his old lady looked too well used for me!

    Holy Rambo!

In a trade with Newt Martin I ended up with this Wonderful Martin Knives of Texas MCEII hollow handle survival knife.I am a big fan of carbon steel and this 9.5"x1/4" bowie is 5160. The has to be round to hold the nylon cord hollow handle is knurled Stainless steel. Newt brags he has NOT had a broken one yet! The leather sheath is TOP quality Texas saddlemaker work and has a kewl diamond hone steel striker thing thats looks like it could be used as a wedge.I was very skeptical about saw teeth as the original Lisle Rambo saw did NOT work well . The MCEII's saw works VERY well ! The knife obviously is produced by machining but the knife arrived hair popping sharp with perfect grind lines, perfect build quality and perfect oxide blasted finish! This knife is going in my likely to have around me bugout bag!

Nice score. I have a soft spot in my heart for "Rambo" knives.

I had a compass, but without a map, it's just a cool toy to show you where oceans and ice are.

I have my "Rambo: First Blood Part II" knife in my collection and always loved it! Considering the movies are some of my favorite it's hard not to!
