    All I saying is that you have to look around. You can get quality knives made with good materials, but you can also pay the same price for a piece of junk.I've always liked spyderco, they seem to be priced fairly

    I have heard your argument before, listened to it all the time. His argument was he wanted really good knives but could not afford them. but he could afford a Harbor Freight belt sander and a very Cheap band saw. a few years later (12) he had honed his skills and now is very proficient at his job.

    Moral of Story: if you don't have a plan to fix it or a way then stop complaining about it.

    I have a question, why do people buy crazy expensive microtechs? From what I hear they have pretty much no warranty coverage ( am I misinformed?).

    They used to make a great knife and still are capable of making a decent one.
