And I thought I had autos....

I got a shit load of autos, safe to say your in first place for now. CAUTION objects in your mirror are closer than they appear.

Seriously your the winner here. Great collection to be proud of.

Guess I'll be placing some orders tomorrow. I'm having this feeling of inadequacy
Sorry, my "GIVE A FUCK" is still broken. My "GO FUCK YOURSELF" is working perfectly.

    Thanks everyone!

But honestly, my collection is but a mere shadow of some others on the forums.

I have learned much in my 10 years of collecting.

Many of these knives I procured from AJ, who's dedication to fine art knife collecting over the last 25 years created many of the beauties I own now posted above. It is with utmost respect for the knife makers, damascus forgers, and collectors like AJ that I am allowed the pleasure of sharing these with all you fellow steel lovers/collectors.

I only hope I can preserve them in museum condition for the next generation of steel addicts to enjoy, and they themselves preserve, for that is my sole purpose in collecting.

That leads to the question; who is AJ?

I'm glad you asked that question

I did not want to appear un-knowledgeable, I was thinking AJ Russell being knifes and all....
Maybe A J Foyt, since those knifes are so "Indy Car Like" not to mention fast.

Think I'll ask him.....yeah that's what I'm gona do...I'll ask him, sure that's the answer!

what do you think of your Brends?
now that he's finally making all his own folders and not collaborating with others, is the quality of the aluminum handles in the autos good?

i've seen the titanium framelocks in his manuals. looks good but i dont care for the gimicky IKBS and Hinderer block.

i LOVE his model #2 style and have two Cutters/Brend #2 double actions with TITANIUM FRAMELOCK HANDLES! so the alum of his autos dont do much for me but i want a hand ground blade!

are all these done by him only? i ask this cause i've seen the term "Brend Family" before on a blade.

I'd love one of the first 25 cutters that had his hand ground blade, or a white wolf / woodard auto. these are older and all came with hand ground blades.

great collection all around but i have a thing for more practical less fancy brend knives.
