I love axes very smith and if you do a good job with the hammer very little clean up.
I have francisca on the cards , my normal route is to make a couple and then go look at some originals and see what I've done wrong first try. kind of round about way of doing it but I find it brings the rite questions to the front before looking at some original pieces.
