Shop Details:
1095 High Carbon Spring Steel. Steel is Heat Hardened & quenched in oil. Heat Tempered @ 500 degrees for 2 hours, and letting it air cool.

Measurements:
Total Length = 18 ¼”
Blade Length = 13 ¼”
Blade Width = 2 ”
Blade Thickness = 3/16 “
Handle Length = 5”
Handle Width = 1 ¼ “
Handle: Rosewood.
Weight = 1 lb

A black hand stitched leather sheath is available for $39, upon request.

Very nice knife! Looks like first rate workmanship.
I've never seen a handle extension like that.
I was wondering if you would talk about your thoughts on the handle extension.
Is it purely stylistic or does it have a functional purpose?
Does it work to prevent the golok from flying out of your hands?

Thanks for the comments. Yes, it's very much functional. I got that idea from the falcata handles I've seen and used on some of my other sword, and blended it with the golok. It definately makes it easier to hold on to it while chopping.
