Actually I think she didn't suffoctate, but Fatty ruptured some organ inside her (either with his bulk or by using a coke bottle as an improvised dildo). Anyway I'm too lazy to read up on the whole sordid affair again, but I think Fatty was absolved of the charges... he still ended up a ruined man.
