  • How to turn titanium black?

Electro anodizing I know, but no black. Oxi dip I've seen but it's just grey. Electro etch and mark on steel I've done but didn't think it would work on ti with no carbon? Although I have'nt tested it myself yet.

Anyone willing to share how they black wash ti?

I've never seen a true black, black wash on TI.

Read on the net in my travels that Oxy-Clean in hot/ boiling water will get you a dark gray, have not tried it yet though.

I imagine some cerakote it, but what I've seen didn't look like it.
