This is a presentation grade pipe hawk made entirely by me Ray Smith A.B.S. Master Smith.
The hawk will look great in any collection or it is usable and may be smoked or used as a hatchet.
Head is made from 150 layers 15-N-20 & 5160, acorn pipe bowl is threaded into head and may be taken off to clean.
Clean out hole in end is plugged with a Acorn shaped tapered plug made from Osage wood.
Mouth piece is also made from Osage wood.
Handle is a premium +++ piece of tiger striped maple with fine silver wire inlay in a scroll pattern on both sides.
O.A.L. of the hawk is 19-1/2 inches

This is one of my all time favorite pieces from Ray. He makes some kick-ass hawks and this is no exception. A beautiful piece. If he doesn't finish my folder soon, I may have to try and snag this one myself.
