Let me say this.
He goes beyond what is the acceptable norm when it comes to being fair and reasonable.
I lost a knife that was shipped according to my instructions and he helped me soften the blow.
He did not have to and was in no way responsible at all, but his kindness in helping me was outstanding to say the least.

HENVI rocks. I just got my Cooglerized STRIDER AR in the mail today. He ships very quickly. Everything arrived as described and promised. I would highly recommend doing business with him. I know I will again...In fact already have plans...BTW did I say my wife wants to kill me>????NAH, she gave the approval on this one.
