Planes quarantined after bomb found

A plane UPS plane traveling to the US stopped in London where a bomb was found. UPS planes in Newark, NJ. and another in Philly have been quarantined and the FBI are investigating. A UPS truck In Queens is also being quarantined as per NYPD.

This is supposed to be a current terror plot that is being interrupted. This threat is supposed to be using cargo planes and bulk delivery trucks.

Lets see how this plays out today, hopefully all attempts fail.

The plane in Newark has been cleared and is underway. 2 others in Philadelphia are still being investigated. Supposedly the test on the "bomb" in England has came up negative.

This is in the headlines here. Supposedly a toner cartridge on a UPS plane flying from Yemen to USA was turned into an IED. It was discovered in a stop in London. Obviously conflicting information at that moment.

Not trying to fan the flames but how can one discuss this topic and our response without touching on the politics? Since the war on terror is not just a battlefield war but also a war of politics, public relations, and economics and a few other arenas that I'm sure my simple mind is missing.

Believe ~99.999% of the folks around here are on the same side regarding terrorists and their tactics.

It's just that history's proven even the most *civil* forum discussions have a nasty tendency to turn ugly when the
