To everyone that made me feel so at home at Blade...Thank you!

My first show ever and I gotta admit I was nervous as hell setting up in there with the best makers in the world. Well I can't say enough about how awesome both the show attendees and the other makers were. All the other makers I met were so supportive it really helped make the show a total blast. All the guys that stopped by and talked and said so many nice things about my stuff just really blew me away. I never could have expected to have such a fantastic time. I am truly grateful not only for all the guys that bought a knife but for all the makers and attendees that took the time to come by and introduce themselves. I'd try to list every name but as we've already seen in other posts I would totally screw that up but be sure of this. I'll never forget the great time I had talking with all of you. No doubt some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Hope to see everyone again next year!

Martin,
Yeah, it was my first time too. My head is still swimming. Words can't really describe what it's like to see people handle your work and actually buy it. It's a great feeling.

Your first time as a meker w/ a table.

Certainly not your first Blade show.

Sorry I have been absent yall. I have been sick since Saturday.

Glad you had a great show Martin and glad I got to be your first customer.

Great stuff by JD makers all over the place.

Thanks again Benny. After that it was all bonus. I was like "alright!....now I at least know I don't have to say I didn't sell a single knife".

That was definitely before the show opened to the general public. After that there were only a couple knives on John's table the rest of the weekend.

I took maybe two pics all weekend. I have to get them off the camera still.

BC...start planning now! By the way I will get the NGM on its way back to you ASAP. Thanks for the lend.

More wrap up pics next year I promise :grinyes:

Got just a couple before the fun started...

Shot of the table after we set it up on Friday, the George's in the background probably already sold out....note JD themed flamed border and stack of JD cards on the corner of the table...represent!

Blurry pic of my table partner and me w/Mr. Brock in the background on Friday evening. At this point Will had already thinned his stock down by about 9 or 10 knives...

Saturday afternoon rearranging what was left...

Pretty pathetic I know but next time I will be more prepared....yep...for sure.

My 1st show too.

I spaced out about 20 other things I wanted to do and see.
I was not going to miss meeting Martin, we got to share a great conversation before the frenzy started.

M.O.B was certainly a highlight for me and quite a few others.

Keep up the GREAT work!
