steel Austrian Bohler N690 (benchmade use it)
3,2mm thick little over 5" blade lenght

serrated thumb ramp,
light & fast stabber
what kind of handle material should I put on it?
I was thinking about some thin slabs for concealed carry, maybe black bakelite with red liners, stainless pins, and IWB leather
what do you think?

I'm not sure about bakelite, but I think you're on the right track.

Maybe some nice carbon fibermascus (black) or blue twill g-10? I think the carbon fibermascus would be nice with the red liners.

Very nice looking blade, btw.

Can't go wrong with black, red and stainless. But blackwatch is right, CF is mo better.
