I asked Mr Winston about making me a Ti framelock, and he seemed pretty excited about the idea. This is the fruit of my request and David's hard work....The first ever framelock folder from the bench of Mr David Winston:

8 1/8" overall
D2 tool steel blade, hand rubbed satin finish.
Orange peel texture Ti with countersunk embelishment.

This thing is smooth like glass...makes my sebenza feel stiff in comparison. It locks up like a bank fault with a solid THUNK. Knowing David's knives, i knew it would be perfect, but this thing knocked my socks off. This was my first experience with ORDERING a custom...and David was awesome to work with. He listened to my needs, and what i was looking for, and make the perfect tool, and in a timely manner. I never knew what all the fuss was about ordering a custom knife...but now i see...and its worth the fuss.

Thanks David!

You compared it to a Sebenza buit how about comparing the price difference between the two?

Please direct pricing questions to Mr Winston himself. He would be able to give you a more accurate price quote.

Nahh, Mr.Winston probably made his first folder before I was born. I have owned 3-4 in my day and some damn nice ones at that but never a framelock
