Hi from the frozen north

Canukistanian here plunked down in the middle of the prairies in oil country. Any potshots on the dirty oilsands, make 'em now so we can get that out of the way and get on to funner stuff. :madaddy:

Am not new to knives, but am fairly new to more serious collecting. Have been buying some BMs lately and using an EdgePro to get nice edges on them. Have a Buck Strider I picked up from the Idaho factory while on a motorcycle trip a couple of years ago, some bird hunting knives and a few other odds 'n sods hanging around. Recent lusts are for some nice Trappers with stag and I have a CS Lawman on its way from my favorite (now internet only) store in Vancouver.

So, hi to all; a peaceful and prosperous new year to all forumites and thanks for the assembled wisdom this site offers.
