As a gunsmith once told me, "what the Gov't don't know don't hurt them."

Yeah but where can you shoot something like that? I mean, so many cops and other LEOs at gun ranges, if you are doing something illegal, someone will catch on soon enough.

Now, if I had alot of acreage, that would be different.

Looks like a lot of fun.

I have many a fond memory of plinking at marshmallows with a Ruger 10/22 with a Simmons 4X scope and two Ramline 30 round banana clips.

We'd toss a bag of marshmallows in a pond with a good high dirt bank. Then you aim at the leading edge of the marshmallow right at the waterline. If you hit it just right, the marshmallow goes under water, then shoots straight up about ten or twelve feet. If you are good, you can do fast target acquisition, and have it raining a dozen or more marshmallows. Very fun and a great drill.

Having the right bank is crucial, because the rounds can bounce off the water and you need something to stop them without ricochets.
