I lived in Houston for a while. Fucking cops there are nuts. I'm not saying that the purse thief is right. No need to run the asshole over in the middle of nowhere.
Houston cops shot & killed my cousin's 15 year old friend in 1976. Used a throw down weapon to justify there acts. He was a good kid, he used to have this dog that was with him 24/7.
My uncle was watching the Houston late news one night and they showed this little kid that was shot by the cops covered from the waist up with this Dirty Harry magnum in his hand. He noticed this dog running around the body and thought it looked familiar. The next day he found out it was the kid and his dog. Very sad.
