I just saw this on Josh's website (PVK) looks pretty awesome. Way better than the mall ninja themed stuff lately from MT. $975 is a little steep for me.
The QD Scarab-N was produced in March of 2009 on Spec for the US NAVY Seals and has the official log on the clip and back of the blade.
This knife is unique with a double powered spring set up and it has extra venting on the blade and handle so that it drain quickly if it is submerged. This unique Scarab will also open underwater into the fully locked position if needed. The body screws and the pocket clip are black titanium coated
Also included in the package is a tool to remove or reverse the pocket clip, a dust cap that fits over the blade ejection area, the standard delivery tactical nylon web sheath and a 17 page instruction manual on operation and maintenance of the knife. Each knife is individually serial numbered "USN#000..."and dated 03/2009. Just a few of these knives were left over after the order was filled so they are extremely rare.
