Paypal can suck my right nut and make my fuckin left nut jealous!:atyou::atyou::atyou::atyou::atyou:They charged this guys VISA $5,000 and he wanted it refunded less my $24.00. They inform me that it was $10.00 for the dispute and $1.00 for my refund. Cocksucking motherfucking bastards. Fuck them! Have any of you had any problems with them?

I have never had a problem with paypal, but I keep reading posts on all the forums just like yours. It makes me wonder if I am lucky or about to get fucked.

PayPal has fucked me several times and I closed my account. The damage on my end totals several hundred dollars. Some of it is my fault with shipping to non confirmed addresses, the rest is TOTALLY theirs and they just don't give a fuck.
I wish Stormpay would become more popular, but just like Ebay, PayPal is #1 b/c it has the most users:asskick:

Paypal was useless in obtaining a refund with my "recent" problem. Closed my account accordingly.

I've heard lots of horror stories like this. Paypal and ebay are just raking in the money. You figure they're getting you coming and going- gotta pay ebay to list something, then pay paypal to pay for it.

When ever I have a business dispute and my debit card is involved somehow my bank comes to the rescue.
I do my business with Bank of America and have a Visa debit card with them. They have departments to deal with shit like this. They usually deposit the correct amount in my acct. to make it right and then file a dispute on my behalf with the person/business.
I don't know if this would apply in your case or not. I hope it all works out for you.

I use Bank of america also but when I paid someone via paypal it charged my card the disputed $24.00. If I turn it in it will do the same to the other person. It really sucks what they do. Its not the money but just that they were the ones who messed up and give me a charge for thier mistake.

I used paypal only when buying. But Paypal caps your total spending limit to 2000.00 dollars. After the 2G's they want your bank account number to continue using paypal. No fuckin way I'm giving anyone the numbers to my accounts. for what? To verify? I'll verify it by sticking my foot up there ass before I give paypal my account numbers.:crossbone :crossbone :purasangr I don't know how they get away with it.

Coming from a long time Banker, dont ever give your Bank accounts routeing digits to any company. Easier with paypal to use a diff. email address, accont and new credit card and get the $2000 limit all over again. Better yet, Dont use em at all.

Paypal sucks. but its too hard to "not" use it. They are owned by ebay by the way.
If you want to sell something that costs like $500, they take 5% of that for ebay, and then 3% for paypal....
That is $40 that ebay is making for that one transaction. Now think of all the transactions ebay sells daily. Its in the thousands...
Go figure that the company is a MULTI-MILLION dollar company with anual growth rates GROWING hugely every year.
I havent been screwed by paypal yet, but I have been VERY careful, and annoyed at the same time.

That reminds me of something else. Ebay will kick your auction off if you ask to charge 3% for paypal.
