Started getting mine at 22 as well... stupid boss found mine while I was bent over looking at an order form... Thought she was full of it because she'd just found one on herself that morning, but no.. a few others confirmed it... I colored my hair the next day...

Then I found out that coloring it makes them come back in droves. heh Still do it occasionally, though...

I have a great deal of grey now. Mostly the "distinguished" looking stuff at the temples. But here is an observation for you. The last time I was unemployed, a few years back now thank god; I went from interview to interview with no luck at all. I got some of that hair dye for men crap, touched up the temples and beard. Next interview I got hired. If this job goes south on me. I will dye this shit quick.

I started catching grays at 22. They're sporadic, and when I see them, I shift my part. I catch them in my eyebrows too, those get plucked no matter where they are.

I also dye my hair (my natural color is gray-brown anyway), so that helps. Sounds like Mr Ron's due for some Grecian Formula!

I started seeing a few gray hairs poke in here and there at about 35 on the temples. Just a few. I was losing my hair faster however, at the front and top.

Top myself a long time ago when I lost so much hair up front that it would leave a little island of hair on my forehead that it all had to go.

Just before Thanksgiving, that point was reached.
