Haven't had venison jerky in a long time, but did make a batch of bison last year. Might have to get my machine out and find the 3-4 days to make a batch again.

No jerky for me this year. Brother in law bagged several, but his processor died last year and he had to use a new meat market and they aren't doing jerky yet. :mabuse:

Still, I was able to bring back several roasts, sausage, ground meat...
