A few years back I got this custom made dagger, which came with a kydex sheath. Well... kydex is nice, but leather is better :easydevil:

There's lots of room for improvement, but I guess it turned out pretty well for my first try at leather sheath making;

My favorite basket weave style. :thumbsup:

Sheath looks good to me, semetrical and well laid out. Well done. :manganr:

Looks GREAT!!! Did you do the stitching by hand??

Thanks guys!

I did the stitching by hand, but glued the whole thing up first.
Not sure that's the proper way to do it, but it worked for me.

I'm thinking about adding a strap the help secure the knife.
The fit is pretty snug now, but in time the sheath may loosen up a bit and I definately don't ever want to lose this knife :manganr:

It looks very professional, nice job. How did you do the tooling or stamp pattern?
