Is this what you use on your saddle sores Cowbow:Devilroar:
Flashback to 1979.
I hear the words
I love the smell
of napalm in the morning
But we live in a kinder gentler time and saddle soap will suffice.

Sweet! Saddle Soap, it works good and smells good!
Now a bad smell would be that neatsfoot oil compound, stuff smells like kersosene. :onoesdevil:

There's something about the good smell of leather
that almost conjures up past lives of adventure.

I had GI Joes, they were some cool motherfuckers
What is a Barbie? Is that like barbed wire?

Times are the same.
Some people have changed.
I prefer plastic. The flexible kind. Less problems with humidity and rot. But if it wasn't for that, leather would be great. I have a lot.

I'll send you a bottle of Tink's #69. Mix that with the Hoppes, and breath deeply!

I love the smell...
...of buttered popcorn but I wouldn't rub it on my sheaths. Just my 2 cents. :cadi:

Back in the 50's, down the street from my Dad's office, was an 1800's saddle shop. That was a smell you could/can not ever, ever beat today.
I have a hoard of paper shotgun shells which i reload and the smell from a freshly shot paper shot shell is like nothing you will ever get from plastic.

I like Obenauf’s Heavy Duty LP (Leather Preservative) on my leather.
Once treated hell or high water doesn’t fuck with my sheaths. :devilzeek
The stuff smells go enough to spread on toast too.

I pumped gas as a kid. I've always liked the smell of gasoline. In NJ, nobody pumps their own gas.
