I finished the handle and sheath, so here are some teaser pictures :)

Next week I'll post the tutorials on how I made them, step by step.

This is my personal interpretation on a Japanese tanto, so I apologize if something isn't exactly right on the style.

Both the sheath and the handle were carved in two halves (sheath in wood and handle in micarta) and are a perfect match for the blade and tang. If you'd hammer the delrin pin (the mekugi) out, you'd be able to get the handle out in one piece too.
