Leather sheath long term storage

After collecting for 30+ years, I have a fair assortment of quality leather.
They are now being kicked out of the safe for much needed room.
What's a good way to store leather sheaths?
I was thinking ZipLoc bags with a desiccant sacks?
Am on the coast and they will mold in a year or two if left out.

Plastic shoe boxes also work well, as do most tupperwear type containers.

With the plastic bags watch where the dessicant goes, I've been told its not kind if its in direct contact with the leather.
