Ever since I got my VA CCW permit years ago, I have always had a bitch concealing a handgun without some type of coat or overshirt. All the paddles, pancakes, etc... Never did the trick and the cheap IWB holsters I tried were a nightmare. Well I decided to order a couple custom IWB holsters and see how they worked for me.
First one I ordered was from Rafter's Gun Leather. I ordered a IWB w/elephant trim for my G23. This one arrived a couple weeks ago and I was totally amazed how comfortable this one was and how well it concealed. The wait time was about 2-3 weeks longer than quoted but I think their leather work is a bargain and I will order from them again
Today, my second quality IWB came in the form of a Milt Sparks Versa Maxx II for my HK compact. This gun is alittle on the large side to begin with, well with this rig, it disappears under a t-shirt and it VERY VERY comfortable. I am truly amazed with the quality of this one.
Here they are:

So if your frustrated on the holster hunt, give one of these two a shot and end the madness
