I had been sitting on this project for a week but i wanted Erik to see his Clydesdale proto and my sheath in person before i posted pics (http://www.jerzeedevil.com/forums/showthread.php?t=36874). i would consider this sheath to be a proto also. Erik and I are going to tweak it so it will be field ready as well as his knife.

hard to tell in the pics but i used waxed OD green thread.... matches the Clydesdale's handle.
im working on an interesting way to retain the handle (lots of ideas) and if Erik wants a leg strap (tie-down) added ......
o.k. --- now for the extra goodies......the 4 holes are there to attach (piggyback) different sheaths i have make .....more to come on that in a few days (pics:bruce:)...i still have to make something to help me burnish the edges of this bad boy ... and other very thick projects, but i think i did a good job with my trusty deer antler....
i really like making my holsters, so this was a fun project and it goes to show if you have the leather......nothing is out of reach:manganr:
