I realise it's kinda like this everywhere, but in a small town you have more of a direct police-ruler interaction level. When ever we get a new officer, there is a feature in the paper, shit like that. Small Gestapo equals individual debreifing of all members. No worry about some rookie cop busting the wrong party.

It is sharp, it's functional, the shape is pleasing, etc. Knife afficionados - like many of the people on this forum - are knowledgeable about the history, the personality of the knifemaker, etc. They can look at a knife and know who made it and the process used and how well that process has been mastered. Then there are the true maestroes, who can only talk to one another because they understand balance, punctum, and what constitutes the soul of the knife. I don't understand the arcana of knifemaking, so I'm part of the uneducated masses. I can only appreciate knives on one or two levels. I've been going to Safeco field since it opened. last Fri. I got carded by a girl that was bearly 21. I'll be 59 in a few months. I happend to see two liquor control bouncers and they said they hammer those people so hard about not selling beer to minors that they get too overly cautious.
