Here's some info for you, Gold which is sold 99% of the time in Troy ounces contains 31.1 grams now 80/31.1 gives us 2.57 or 2.82 ( Avoirdupois ounces)
With that you can calculate actual spot value of your necklace spot being current market value of Fine gold content of an alloyed gold, in this case your necklace is 14kt so actual pure gold content is 58.333% (18kt 74.99% ) so if we take todays current price on 24kt gold which $423.9 x 2.57=1089.4 x .58333 we get the actual street price, fine gold content value of $635.4 add in labor to manufacture and you can formulate a value basis.
I know this information was unsolicited but hopefully with clear and correct information your chances of selling you item will be greater:) Imo both those designs are quite durable. good luck!
