Ok, so I got a Bravo-1 the other day, and it turns out the belt loop is a bit too small for the riggers belt I wear. What I need is a loop about 2" long to fit a 1 1/2" wide belt. A simple wrap around design with overlapping edges on the bottom (i.e. a paperclip cross section) would be fine. I can drill the mounting holes. The sheath is OD, but black would be fine as well. Or if someone has a strip of Kydex that I can play around with, that would work too. Thanks.

Have you tried a large tek-lok?

Good Idea. I've got one on another sheath, I'll give it a try tonight. I'll probably just order some Kydex and start tinkering with it anyway.

That's what you should do since it seems you're heading down the knife making road anyway.
It would be tough to make a belt loop fit without the sheath here, but if you sent the dimensions you need I could make it and you could sand and drill it to fit.

Went with the TekLok for now, it works pretty good and fit nicely. Gonna get some kydex in soon, I've got several knives that need sheaths.
