Dribble and Ronald P. I am confident I could shoot a noodle from between your two lips at 50 yards! Care to try!? Or if you guys were licking a tootsie roll pop at the same time!

.223 or 5.56?
.223
I could not find anything on LB doing any 5.56 rifles. Trying to remember those that I have seen, I think they were all .223 though.
Nice rifle there B1.

SR-25 and a Seecamp in .380!!;-)
Great ones but I would hate to see the wait for the .380 Seecamp. I have not kept up with guns lately but the .32's took forever to get. I had a field weight SR-25 and it was great. It had a matching match upper but I think that the field weight one was only around 7.5 pounds.

.223 or 5.56?
There is a difference, but I'd say that is chambered 5.56 NATO.
If it's chambered .223 SAAMI, 5.56 mil spec is contraindicated, as the throat is too short.
BenDibble
03-08-2005, 09:40 AM
yep, definate difference. i believe that one rifle chamber in one of those rounds can shoot both, but it shoots the other one sloppily, and if it were chambered in the other round, it can only shoot one of those. not sure which is which though.

Dibble read .223 on target from Les Baer Himself! I am sure it is clamped in a vice!
No mudd gun!
SR-25 like this I am sure is what I end up with!
<TABLE cellSpacing=5 width=700 align=center border=0><TBODY><TR><TD width=438>SR-25 SPORTER RIFLE
20" lightweight contour barrel
Adjustable front post and flip rear peep sight
Removable carrying handle to allow for scope mounting
M16A2 type handguards
Unloaded weight: 8 3/4 lbs.

>380 Seecamp was ordered about September I do believe, .32's take about 5 months, amd the .380's take less than a year. I have 2 .32's, 1 still sealed up in the box. If Ron moves to Texas I will probably give it to him, if it does not knock him over when he shoots it!
Yes will be done with knives and guns soon and I will do a stint being a Ice Capades groupie for 18 months then back to the River Dancing Eourope tour for me!
I sold 3 very special MT's to buy the M-3 and the Baer Pistol last week! Was it worth it? Furking hell yeagh !!!
Mr. Dibble I am not very gun smart but I think the Ar's are all chambered .223 nato, 5.56 will work but don't use a .223 in a gun made 5.56? I am pretty sure it is like that?
Ron if I can I will borrow my friends .22 conversion kit for one of my Ar's so you can shoot one without hurting your shoulder!:poke:

sorry Bob, did not see the writing on the wall. and yes, i am prettu sure that is how the 5.56 to .223 ratio goes. :punish:

Hey Ben have you got to shoot since you have been at the north pole? Did Tubtar get gone? Yeah, I am thinking that that is the way the gun caliber/bullet thingy is, no shit I am gun dumb, I just get what I like and figure if I blow it up in my face my wife might give me some sympathy sex?!:punish:
BenDibble
03-08-2005, 07:52 PM
The only thing i shoot out here is my bb gun, but i hope i can change that. and yea, tubtar left on sunday to go to Housten for the recal exam and background check. he said he couldn't wait for the cavity search. :idunno: :firedevi:
being gun dumb is alright as long as you still know which way to point the thing. if you are holding the gun and looking at a hole instead of a hammer, and can see a shiny object in it, best bet is to sell the thing. :D:

Very nice Bart!!! How many AR's you have?? The SR-25 looks awesome. They only come in .308 right??

I couldn't tell you for sure if they come in anything but .308. That is what I am going to get! I only have 4 AR's but the 4 I have are top shelf!!
Just found some info they come in at least 1 other caliber!

I love the Dissipator. I think it is one of the underated AR configurations. Very nice setup you have there. LaRue makes some great stuff too. I am using a few of their throw-lever mounts (Eotech 552) and a throw-lever rear sight on an M4.

RGRAY, no war for me buddy!! War is hard on my hair style! A while back I took some time and wrote down a gun wish list. I had bought so many guns in the past that were not what I really wanted, was never happy and sold them. So now I am getting my lets say dream or forever guns! Kinda the best of the best, or close to it, and guns that will last a lifetime! The Armalite M-4 doesn't seem like it fits in but I plan to buy a .22 kit for it so my 6 year old can have fun shooting with me!
Like I have said b4 I only have a few guns left on my list and I will have everything I want!
I am sure I will find something else I want but, it will just get added to the list!
This pile would have broke me but I have let loose of a lot of knives to pay for these guns!

RGRAY, no war for me buddy!! ...
I am sure I will find something else I want...
In the late 80's I was into custom auto knives; Butch Vallotton, Whiskers Allen.
No computers then and my phone bills were rediculous.
Then I got into pistol shooting.
20 pistols later and I was back into knives; MTs UDTs and Mini Daltons mainly.
There is ALWAYS something else. I can't wait to see what you think of the .380 Seecamp.
I have a .32, but I heard the .380 was heavier and wider?
bart-1
03-18-2005, 09:12 PM
.380 Seecamp is the exact same gun! Except the hole in the barrel is bigger. The gun comes with 2 spare sets of springs as the springs have a <200 round life! :-D I have worn out one Seecamp, carry another and have 1 in a sealed box for the future!
