What a fucking day yesterday was.
I am running between yards to get my truck loaded for a trip to Fargo....... while attempting to make a left turn , some woman in a new Toyota minivan ( it still had the temporary tags in the window )decided that she needed to run into my trailer.
Tried to beat me to the turn and lost horribly.
I was 1/2 way into the intersection when she tried to make it inside of me....... I saw her coming and nailed the brakes right as she tagged me , wiping the right front corner off of her vehicle.
I got to wait for the cops , fill out forms and do the deal with our terminal safety guy.
This made my 13 hr. day run a bit long.
D.O.T. allows 14 hours on duty and I was not in compliance by the time I got home.
Only to find that a storm blew a big fucking tree down in front of my house.
The car that was parked there belonged to some fuck who lives a couple blocks away , where they have no on street parking.
He just bought the car a few days before.........well , this was one of the three stories he is telling and personally I don't give a fuck.
He had no insurance and if he doesn't get the leftover scrap out of there by tomorrow , I'm gonna have it towed.
Shit , steel is bringing 100.00 a ton.
Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue.

Buy a Lottery ticket, maybe it'll balance out!

Does all the time you're waiting for the cop, and filling out forms with the safety guy, count as on duty?

For instance, let's say BigJim's driving a rig, and picks up a hitchhiker with big boobies. He drops her off 20 miles down the road, after staring at her boobies the whole time. He then pulls over, and jacks off for 2 hours. Do those 2 hours count as being on duty?

I know, I know...... in reality, he wouldn't pull over, he'd jack off cruising right along, but you know what I mean......

Log it as " on duty - not driving "
Now ..........if you are hammering her in any orifice.........I mean really driving it home.......... I think that would have to be logged as " driving " time.

OK, but does "on duty - not driving" count towards the 14 hours, or is it 14 hours driving time?

In any orifice? That's fucked up, road head should not count!

11 hours driving in 14 consecutive on duty hrs.
Then 10 hours off and do it again.
Road head would have to be logged as driving unless you pull over.
