well for some reason, aka gall bladder, I can't eat within 3 hrs of wakin up, so I have takin up eatin once or twice a day with my main meal bein usually after 8 more likely around 11pm, but hey I'm still alive so it can't be all that bad for ya

In a efort to lower my carbon foot print I will eat no fiber what so ever today. Just cheese and meat. I will give you a square count later as this works itself out.

I really don't like to eat breakfast. Unless its for lunch or dinner. Never liked to eat it as a kid. My wife does her best to make me eat it.

I ran out of frosted flakes this morning (BOOOO!) so I had a bowl of cheerios. Usually I have frosted flakes with sliced bananas. Yum.
I also had an Instant breakfast (chocolate milk type thing, Carnation makes it) with two bananas blended into it. Not bad, all told :jdwink2:

pop-tarts and bread and such are usually good for a "clean getaway"
a clean get away food would be a high fiber and high protien shake.
