I just found this site through Bladeforum and wanted to say I'm a fellow knife nut. I mainly collect Benchmades, and prefer the early models, although I did just buy a new 710D2 which I really like. I own a '99 Emerson CQC7B and just traded up for an Al Mar Shrike in G2. I do spend a little time on the BM site as well.

I'm a painting contractor and always have a knife in the pocket. My guys all know I carry and I've given a number of extras to them as gifts as my mood suits me. My indulgent wife of 20 years supports my knife habit and carries a BM 530s.

Looking forward to participating here. Looks great so far.
