Hell, it could be worse. Last year I ordered a Banshee from Matt Cucchiara and a Ballistic from Jim Burke. Both of them completed the knife in the same week. Jim said that he would put the odds at 1000 to 1 for two customs being finished at the same time. Just my luck. :help:

I've noticed you don't see a lot of Scott Cook's stuff on the secondary market. I know he has not been at this as long as other makers (I mean on his own) but is his stuff that good? Or is it that the wait is so long that nobody wants to give their's up in a hurry?

Thats correct. I actually ordered it last February and Scott quoted me 12-18 months. I just e-mailed him last week and requested permission to send payment in for the the knives so when my tax return comes I could be paid otherwise I would spend the cash and need to do some fund raising again. So he agreed and sent me a total for the two shipped. I will probably mail off my payment next week and then the wait begins.

I have a Lochsa and a dagger coming sometime in the next 6 months :)
