Custom sheath maker?

I saw on this site, someone that was starting to make sheath's. The sheath I saw is hard to explain, but the belt loop was on the left of the sheath, or up against the cutting edge of the blade. Your belt would go over the sheath, and through the loop so the sheath was between your pants and the belt while the loop was on the outside of the belt. If you know who made this sheath, or who does, please let me know.

Thanks for the welcome. I think I would call it an inside the belt or paddle sheath. Mr. Labella was right, Kalooch is the one I was thinking of.
