I'd love to have that done to my bathroom without telling anyone. Then invite a bunch of my friends over and have a kegger.:bwah:

That's great stuff!
The illusion is called trompe l'oiel which is French for "Fool the Eye." That example looks photoshopped but it was done wonderfully.
Trompe l'oiel images only work well viewed from a specific location and the bathroom artist made the impact point at the door so when the viewer enters he gets the illusion full force.
Trompe l'oiel has a great history in fine art. Here's one from 1874, Pere Borrell del Caso, Escaping Criticism We'll just pretend here, for the sake of the thread, that he is sneaking into or out of a bathroom ...
