The gun season starts Saturday morning here. I can't believe how excited I am. I haven't been like this in a long time. I'm gonna take my lil'un and we're gonna have a blast. Don't know how much "hunting" will get done, but we'll be in the woods and armed.:bwah:

Results from the opener are buck down. I shot a management buck. Three points on one side, stub on the other. .45 colt Ruger Vaquero at 30 yards. :punish:
I could only hunt in NY Sat AM for the season. First one I saw is the one I took. Meat is in the freezer. I am looking forward to the Jersey opener on Dec 4th. I will get a chance to go for the big'in.

Dancer is the 8 pointer and Dasher is the 10 in the back. Donner is a nice 6, Blitzen is the 1/2 a 6 I took Comet and Cupid are a couple of spikes.:bobert:

Update from my last post....Spoke with my brother today...He shot the deer from 45 yards away and used a 32 Marlin Special to bring down the deer....
A 153 Uncle Henry Sharade Knife to cut the deer....
and, he also told me he uses a *Trails End Mix* marks the area with *Code Blue* and then *Human Scent as well...:wes:
So, there ya have it fellas...Ya got a pic, rundown how he got his deer, and I gave ya the website for the window graphics...So, how did I do??:jdwink2: :wes:
