I have done a little editing of f-words and the like in this section for our readers from Flippo gallery. I won't do a lot more of it, I'll just ask you to keep it to a reasonable minimum, considering that we have guests that we don't know well, and, well, it's just polite to temper our language a little bit.

Beyond today, I'll keep this type of editing very minimal, limiting it to only the most aggregious lapses in courtesy. Afterall, we have warned those who view these pages that there may be adult language and humor.

So, try to keep it public in spirit in this forum, and all gallery viewers please be warned... you have access to the nearly the entire JerzeeDevil forums. Anything outside this section is totally uncensored and may get a bit bawdy.

Will we be allowed to say rude stuff like; 'Monkeys fly outta my ass!':bwah:

I'm against censorship but i'm a strong beliver in respect X-Ray so you'll have no problems here.

You know, as long as everybody understands what happening with this and acts with that understanding, it's all cool.

This has been, from the beginning, about introducing JD and all our friends to the art gallery visitors, and them to you.

We will attempt to post some pix directly from the gallery after the show opens in December, so you can see the visitors, and we hope you will post on art related subjects, and maybe even pix of yourself looking back at the gallery visitors.

It could be a lot of fun for people on both ends - I hope.

We got to go to an art gallery opening of one sort or another every week for a few years, when Deadeye was in school, and we always knew someone who was exhibiting. It's really a very casual thing once you get involved in it.

On opening night, the art is up already... the artists show up... the visitors show up... people mingle... hopefully there is something to drink and some snacks. People mingle and talk. The artists are afraid nobody else will come, and they invite their friends, so that hopefully, they will not be standing around in an empty room with their paintings.

I hope that on opening night, I'll be able to take a few pix and post them. I also hope that a few of you will post a note or two to let us know you are looking in, in real time. Richmond is far enough from home, that we won't be able to get a lot of our hometown friends to come down. It will be great if a few of you can say hello while we are there.

After that, we'll keep watching the forum to see if any gallery visitors are posting.

Maybe we'll get some interesting interaction between you and the gallery visitors. You never know, there might be some guy there with his wife who would rather be out hunting, and he'll stumble into the Second Amendment, and we'll get a new member. Maybe there will be a great knifemaker who stumbles into the show and joins JD.

Maybe it will be a total bust, and the computer will crash - who knows?

Cool, now that we've been introduced and all, can I take off the damn underwear that y'all made me get? I think I bought the wrong kind, 'cause they're riding up my ass something fierce! They're called "Fruit of the Hammock", or something like that. Don't buy them. Please, can I take them off now? I'll put on a pair of shorts or something, I promise. I just can't live with underwear, it's restricting my creative process!

Mike,

I suggest that you just change the word.

Substitute the Word "Farkle".

We will all know what if means and it will surely be acceptable to Our Guests.

So ----Farkle Off.

I like "Farkle"...........It reminds me of the word "fart", yet also the word "sparkle". Good combo of random things. IMO. :bobert:

 All you Farklers are Invited to the Opening!

I just want to add - Are You anywhere near Richmond? Randolph-Macon College is about 20 miles north of Richmond, in Ashland, Virginia. If you are near that area I hope you will stop by Flippo Gallery for the opening reception on Sunday, December 3rd, at 3:00 pm.

Xray and I would love to meetca!

What the farkle ! I am so tempted. I got laid off as soon as I got home from N.Y. , so I've got time.
I just have to move that Goya so's I have some travel money:jdwink2:
No.........I didn't grab it.
The reality is that I'll have to go on a 7 state crime spree......gas stations.....7-11's.... to finance the gig and then I am there.
That or hustle blow jobs in all of the rest areas along the route......but frankly , I am not dedicated to the arts quite that much.
Maybe X & DeD can pimp me out to the matrons of the arts who will be in attendance ? I know one of you has a hat with a feather in it.
It would be great , but I'm not gonna hold my breath , but you never know where I'm gonna show up next.
Friday 12-1-06 " Hey Judy.......I'm gonna run to the store.....ya need anything ?"
Sunday 12-3-06 ( via cell phone ) Hey , settle down......I thought I told ya the store was in Va."
Tuesday 12-5-06 ( back in Mn. ) " Babe , what's all my shit doin in the yard ?"
Yes, the key to any good relationship is communication.
